It is a real privilege for me to be the Headteacher of this school. Our pupils are at the centre of everything we do and we are passionate about engaging learners. Good relationships are the key to our success and we are lucky to have very dedicated staff and governors. We work in partnership with our pupils and their families to ensure the best outcome for all learners. We understand the importance and value of engaging the school community and building a respectful environment for learning.

Our vision is to create a learning community where all members share a growth mindset and believe in one another. We nurture and challenge all learners enabling them to develop their resilience, resourcefulness and responsibility.

We are very lucky to have lots of green open spaces on our site so that we can teach outside as well as inside. We are a healthy school who focus on the wellbeing of all of our community. We know that in order to foster a love of learning we too must continue to learn. We have a passion for continuous improvement. There is an ongoing programme of professional development which ensures staff are up to date with the latest educational developments. This allows us to create a really exciting learning environment with pupils who are stimulated and enthusiastic.
